Hello,

I'm new to the list and I'm searching for Samuel & Elizabeth Snyder prior
to 1850. Samuel Snyder was born in 1808 and Elizabeth (Summers) Snyder
was born in 1803. They are listed in the Armstrong County census in
1850 but I have been unable to find them in the 1840 census. They had a
son, John Snyder (their first-born in 1828) who married an Emaline Blake.
I do know that Emaline Blakes' father was James Blake and that she was
born in Blair County. I would appreciate any information that I could
find on Emaline and her father, James Blake. It would be a real bonus to
find Samuel & Elizabeth Snyder's wereabouts also!
