ANNE FOGEL BARTLEY - Wife of J. ("Jim") Wilson Bartley (former
Altoonan) (With Photograph)

ANNE FOGEL BARTLEY, of Harrisburg, passed away on Sunday,
April 9, 2006, in the SCCI Hospital at Polyclinic Medical Center.

She was the daughter of the late John V. and Katherine (Basar) Fogle.

She was the former assistant to the Director of Planning for
Beaver County Planning Commission and Industrial Development Agency;
and was also employed by the Department of Revenue, Bureau of State
Lotteries. where she was a Public Relations Specialist and Interim
Executive Director.

A graduate of Monaca High School and Geneva College of
Beaver Falls. she was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic
Church, Harrisburg.

She was an active member and held every office for the Young
Democrats of Beaver County, County Federation of Women's Clubs,
League of Women Voters, Business and Professional Women's
Organization of Beaver County, Beaver Junior Women's Club and the
Civic Club of Suburban Harrisburg, and was active in three
presidential campaigns.

Anne is survived by her husband. J. WILSON BARTLEY; her
sister, Marian Woodeschick and her husband, Woody, of Houston, Texas;
her niece, Sherrie Walter and her husband, David L. and family of
Houston, Texas; her nephew, John Woodeschick and his wife, Pam and
family of Clinton, N. J.; sisters-in-law Helen R. Bartley of Ft.
Myers, Florida and Eleanor P. Bartley of Altoona; two nieces, Charyl
Oaks and husband, Terry and family; and Jacqueline Kephart and her
husband, John and family; three nephews, Brian Bartley and wife, Pam
and family; Gregory Bartley and wife, Faith, and God-child, Lucas
Bartley, and Jonathan Bartley and wife, Linda, all of ALTOONA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. on
MONDAY, April 17, 2006 in St. Catherine Laboure Catholic church, 4000
Derry Street, Harrisburg, with the Rev. Msgr. Hugh Overbaugh, as
celebrant. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. There will be
no viewing or visitation.

Neill Funeral Home, Harrisburg, is handling the
arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made
to the American Lung Association, 3001 Old Gettysburg Road, Camp
Hill, PA 17011, or to a charity of your choice.
