I'm with your Joyce. Spelling errors detracts from one's message.

Let's eliminate the apostrophe in plurals too. And, "it's" equals "it
is". The possessive "its", like "his", "hers", and "theirs", does not
have a apostrophe.

E-mail programs have spelling checkers. It only takes a minute to make
you look smart instead of dumb.
