Sharon,

I have checked your homepage and find that we have the following surnames in
common:

DETWEILER/ HARTZEL/ LANDIS/ NASE/ RUTH/ WEISS/ WENHOLD. These people all
married an ECKERT.

In addition, from deed maps in Rockhill; Christian, Leonard, Michael, or
Samuel ECKERT had land adjoining CASSEL, GROFF, LANDIS, HARTZEL and SAUDER
in the 1800 time frame. There was a STOUT there also.

Leonard ECKERT originally had a 220 acre parcel on the Manor of Perkasie.
My great, great
grandfather, Christian ECKERT, had land at the juncture of the Perkeomen
Creek and Pleasant Springs Creek in what is now Perkasie next to
Sellersville.
