I am pleased to announce the MIESS-L Mailing List, made possible by
RootsWeb. The purpose of the MIESS-L mailing list is to connect those of us
researching MEACE, MEASE, MEECE, MEESE, MIES, MIESS, MIESSE, MUSSE etc.

So far we have 19 subscribers, and I hope we get more inquiries after being
posted on yesterday's "RootsWeb Review, Vol. 1, No. 26," "NEW SURNAME
MAILING LISTS...MIESS (especially of Lebanon County, Pennsylvania; Wythe
County, Virginia; and Pulaski County, Tennessee)"

I know there is a large group of MEASE families in Springfield Twp., Bucks
Co., PA. So far I have been unable to tie them to the Lebanon Co., PA
group. I feel certain there is a connection.
