Thanks for offering to look. The 1850 Census has Lovetts (of course). My
dilemma is Eseck Lovett does not seem to be mentioned there. I have not
lookeed at 1860 Census. Eseck must have been born sometime around 1850-1860.
His brother James Lovett lived well into the 1950s and his son, Leroy Lovett,
died in the 1850's also. I think that if I can identify Eseck's Father,
