Jean,
I read with great interest your Bucks County query. You state that John
Ballard was married about 1784 to Sarah Heston, and that their daughter,
Mary, was married to Robert KYLE.
My ancestor, Catherine KILE, was born 23 May 1816 in Bucks County, and was
married there in 1833 to Jacob DICKERT. In various records, her name was
also spelled KYLE and KEIL.
Although I have not been able to learn the names of her parents, in the 1900
Census, Catherine stated that both her parents were born in Pennsylvania.
Do you have any information about Robert KYLE and his wife, Mary BALLARD? I
would appreciate any help you may be able to give me.
