I don't know is everyone already knows about this site, but it is called
Melissa Data (http://melissadata.com/Lookups/addressverify.asp) and one of
the pieces of information you get if you put in an address is the censis
block and tract number for that address. Knowing the little that I know,
this seems like it could be important information in the right situation.
