A Morris Covert is mentioned on page 141 and 142 of D.M.V. Geibel's "From
the Archives of Butler County", under the section on Jean Couvers/Couvert
as the spouse of Anna Covert, the daughter of Sarah Stoughton and John Van
Zandt Covert (Jean's great-grandson). Entry is as follows.

Morris Covert (b 1776 eastern PA/wed east of PA mts/War of 1812 vet/1800
came over Allegheny/then pioneer settled Jackson T/d there 13 Jan 1839 or 7
Feb 1839/pa: Issac Covert/bro.: Issac Covert, Jr. d 20 Mar 1814 Cranberry
T.: wife Rachel and ch.: John, Polly, William, Issac III b 15 Jan 1806,
Esther, Margaret & likely Benjamin Covert)

The descendant information is quite extensive, for the four children shown,
of which the last one is the one you will likely be most interested
in. They are:
Samuel Covert + Ann
Josiah and Margaret Fithian
Hon. John M and Margaret Covert
Issac Covert II and Kate Ann Roseboro <===
Issac and Kate's children are
Harriet Covert
Charlotte Covert + Robert Spear
Mary (these first three are apparently children by Kate's prior
marriages to Joseph Fowler and Curtis Fox)

Daniel Covert + Susan Fithian
Priscilla Covert
Margaret Covert
Phillip Covert + Esther Wilson
Anna Covert + James Ramsey
Morris Covert, Jr. + Margaret Rimer <=== (think this one is
probably yours, looks like misspelled WIMER)

There is a lot more detail on some of these folks, but would take me
forever to type as it covers three and half pages for everything. If you
