Looking for information about Augustine Fox and his son Augustine Fox, Jr.

Peter Eckenrode (1799-1870) married Christina Fox (1813-1897). She was the
daughter of Augustine Fox, who died about Jan 1829. He did not have a will
but his estate was probated and from records that I have obtained, which may
be incomplete, this appears to cover the time period of 29 Jan 1829 through 7
Apr 1838.
A petition from Augustine Fox goes as follows:
To the honourable the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County
now composing and holding Orphan Court in and for said county at April term
1833.
The petition of Augustine Fox, a minor son of Augustine Fox late of said
county, deceased - Respectfully represents - That your petitioner is a minor
above the age of fourteen years - that he has no person legally authorized to
take care of his person or estate - He therefor prays the honourable court to
grant him leave to chose a guardian for that purpose - and he will pray
______.
His mark (Augustine Fox)
If he was 14 or above, he would have been born 1819 or earlier.

I am descended from Peter Augustine Eckenrode, who was named for his
grandfathers.
