Gene,

Since you know an approximate year of death, why don't you have the PA Vital
Records conduct an extensive search to locate his death certificate? For $28
($3 for the copy of the death certificate and $25 for a 10 year search) PA
Vital Records will search in any 10 year span you specify (say 1924 to 1934)
and for his death cert. You have to tell him as much as you know: name,
county, your relationship to him, etc.

Hope this helps! I don't know the address off hand but maybe someone else
will.
