I am currently trying to track the descendants of Michael and Patience
McGuire Maguire of Shaver's Creek, Huntingdon Co., PA. Patience was the
dau. of Capt. Michael of Loretto.

One son Mark moved to Centre Co., PA around 1855. Does anyone know this
family?
James stayed in West Twp., Huntingdon Co., PA until 1860. He married Sarah
Dunlap. I have heard that he moved to Iowa. Is this true?

Two sons, Bartholomew and Michael died in New Orleans in 1820. Did they
marry? What drew them to New Orleans?
