Hello,
Thought I would repost our information.
I am looking for further information on my husband's g.grandparents, Thomas
Kinney (b. 1829 Ireland), and Mary Broderick Kinney (b. 1839 probably Co.
Galway, daughter of William and Bridget Wall Broderick) They were married
at St. Ignatius Church in Allegany Co. Md. Nov. 1853. Their first three
children were baptised there:
John b. 1854
Margaret Ann b.1856 d. 1889 (Johnstown flood)
Thomas b. 1858 d. 1878 Johnstown
They were in Johnstown by 1862 where the rest of their known children were
born.
James b. 1862
William b. 1865 d. Homestead Pa
Francis Patrick b. 1866
Peter b. 1869
Bernard b. 1871
Stephen b. 1875 d. 1959 Homestead Pa.
Mary Ellen b. 1877 d. 1889 Johnstown flood
Thomas b. 1879

We have been unable to find this family listed on the 1860 census. They
were in Johnstown, Pa between 1862 and 1889. We know that Stephen was in
Homestead Pa by 1904, Peter we think moved to Cleveland, Ohio, and William
was living with Stephen in 1920. We have been unable to find any further
information on Thomas Sr., John, James, Francis Patrick, Bernard, and
Thomas Jr. after the 1889 flood.
If anyone has any information on this family, please contact me. Any help
appreciated.
