According to the Cambria County History Prince Gallitzin who
founded the Catholic community in Loretto, PA bought up
land which he in turn sold to Catholic settlers. Since this may
have occurred prior to the establishment of Cambria Co. where
would I find these land records? By chance, has anyone
published info on these sales?
