Hi Rosanne and List:
My girlfriend had a relative that was first severly maimed and then was
killed in a mine out around Pittsburgh, PA.. She wrote to an agency in
Harrisburg, Dauphin Co., PA. that held all of the records concerning
mining in Pennsylvania. They sent her a copy of the report. At present
I'm not exactly sure what their title is. You may wish to look in the
phone book under State Governmental Offices.
