I see Carol Baker replied before my Township Searches were done, but I will
pass this along anyway. The closet thing I can find is QUEMAHONING TOWNSHIP
( http://www.rootsweb.com/~pacquema/ ) in Somerset County.
I would have liked to report that the surname you are looking for is in the
Deeds Section of the Maps Page to this site, or in one of the other section,
but you provide no surname for the ancestor which you are speaking of. :(
