I just took a look at www.familydiscovery.com. I didn't see anything about
"free." I did see an ad for a Special Rate One Time Access Fee of $49. and a
2 month access fee of $17.99.

There's something about the method of payment that sounds like what you might
have heard. I don't quite get it, but it sounds like it involves selling
client lists:
