I apologize for not replying right away to all the kind folks who have sent me info on death certificates, etc., and offered help. I am having major difficulty with MSN right now--was on the phone several hours yesterday with them--and I cannot reply directly to individual emails right now (internal server error?). They promised to get back to me in 72 (!) hours. I am able to receive your messages and will get back to everyone as soon as I can. Sorry. But thanks for all the get email!
