1900 Census labels are:
1-Street, 2-House No., 3-Dwelling No., 4- Family No., 5-Name, 6- Relations
to head of family; 7- Color, 8-Sex, 9-Month of birth; 10-Year of birth; 11-
age; 12-Single,married, widowed, divorced; 13- Mother how many children; 14-
No. these children living; 15-Place of Birth; 16-place of birth of father;
17-place of birth of mother; 18- Year of immigration to U.S.; 19-No. of
years in U.S.; 20-Naturalization; 21-Occupation; 22-No. of months not
employed;[next three under Education] 23-Attended school (months); 24- CAN
Read; 25-CAN Write; 26- Can speak English; 27-Home owned or rented; 28-Home
owned free or mortgaged; 29- Farm or house.

I hope this helps. I brought plank census forms from a historical society. I
use them as my guide.
