I did come up with a strong possibility...

Sarah Helsel born 27 May 1823 bap 14 May 1826 at St Michael's, Loretto

I have no spouse, daughter of Henry Helsel b abt 1790 & Elizabeth A b abt
1790. Henry was in the 1830 census in Summerhill Twp, when Tobias Helsel
owned land part in Conemaugh, part in Summerhill, at the present site of the
town of Sidman.

Henry very likely, but not proven, son of Tobias Helsel of Richland Twp,
don't know maiden name of Elizabeth, a Catholic, but suspect a relation to
the Flower family...Tobias son Adam md Sarah McGough, a Catholic, as did
dau's Catherine and Elizabeth marry Wilmores...the sponsors for Henry &
Elizabeth's children were almost all Flower, with a Noel & Storm, until Adam
& Sarah married, then the last two children were sponsored by Wilmores.
