Have you looked through the Obituary and Death Notice Index on George Warholic's site for Backlick Township? Click on "Interests" and it will take you to the below page:

http://www.rootsweb.com/~pacblack/interest.html

Scroll down to near the bottom and there will be obituary listings grouped by years for the . You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 to read them.

Don't know if it is the person that you are looking for, but I found the following in the listings for the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat. The date is the date that the obituary was published, not the date of death. I believe that you can get the Johnstown library to send you a copy for a fee, but I'm not positive.

Piccolo, Rachel W. 1973-2-19

I didn't see a Carl Piccolo, but I might have overlooked him. Do you have an approximate year of death?
