The Elmer J. mentioned in your census is the one I am researching (his
sister Bertha was married to my great-uncle). I dont know who the other
Elmer is - although I have seen this other Elmer listed too.

I thought I would help you cause the 1930 census lists age when married
which
helps a little when requesting marriage records from the Court House (I have
asked without dates but.....) You didn't say where you were looking but I
assumed Cambria County but neither of these seems to fit......there are many
other
Elmer Bradleys so if Cambria wasn't right let me know.

1.) Elmer Bradley, born 1893, single living with his sister, Bertha, in
Loretto.

2.) Elmer J. Bradley, born 1889, living with wife Mary G., and family in
Cresson.

We know Elmer Bradley is the son of Sylvester from the 1900 US Census, Roll
1388, p21B:
Carroll Twp., Cambria Co., PA: Sylvester Bradley, Oct 1861, farmer, and
spouse Catherine, Nov 1858; and children: Bertha, Nov 1890; Elmer J., Sep
1892; and
Oscar A., Mar 1895.

Who is the other Elmer?
