Matthew Weakland, b. January 07, 1855 was married to Susan Marie Campbell, b. November 15, 1857 [dau. of Peter Campbell and Mary A. Kirkpatrick.

Ambrose Weakland, b. February 12, 1856 was married to Anna Campbell, b. c. 1863 [dau. of Peter Campbell and Mary A. Kirkpatrick, Susan's sister. Anna is the one we have tried to decide if she was adopted by Peter and Mary A.]

Matthew and Ambrose were first cousins.

Ambrose's wife was Anne Campbell according to their daughter
Margaret obituary.


MARGARET J. KIRKPATRICK
Mrs. Kirkpatrick, 89, of Carrolltown RD 1 died Tuesday, April 22, 1986, in Miners Hospital, Spangler.
She was born April 6, 1897, in East Carroll Twp., the daughter of Ambrose and Anne (Campbell) Weakland, and Married Ivo J. Kirkpatrick, who died Jan. 20, 1973.
Surviving are four children: Helen Kibler of Patton, Louise Illig of Ebensburg, Jane Ivory of Maple Heights, Ohio, and Daniel of Carrolltown RD; 1 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving is a sister, Mary Cronauer of Joppa, MD.
Mrs. Kirkpatrick was a member of St. Benedict's Catholic Church, Carrolltown, and the Altar & Rosary Society.
KIRKPATRICK - The funeral of Margaret J. Kirkpatrick of Carrolltown RD 1 will be held with a mass of Christina burial at 11 a.m. Friday in St. Benedict's Catholic Church, Carrolltown. Interment in church cemetery. (Altoona Mirror Apr 23 1986)
