Mike,
My brother has worked in Coudersport for many years and has been telling me
recently about the transformation. He said people are buying up land like
crazy, the cost of real estate has skyrocketed, and new hotels and
restaurants are opening. Of course he mentioned how beautiful the community
has become and the way it has been turned into a showplace. Apparently,
this transformation is due to the man who owns Adelphia Cable ~ I believe his
last name is Regis, or something like that.
They say he has done wonders for Coudersport since he moved his business
there and several executives along with it. He loves the area and intends to
stay there a long time and wants his executives and workers to be happy in
that environment too.
This is what we need in Emporium. Any takers out there?
