Hi everybody, at Mike's suggestion, I would like to tell you that my interests in your community lies in the surnames BARR / SMITH / LUCORE among others. My eldest ancestor was Peter Smith, c1720 & wife Catherine. (I would like to learn more about them) Their son Benjamin married a Mary Wilson and their daughter Catherine, c1790 married Robert Barr, 20 Jan 1785. You take it from there.

To make things difficult, another SMITH line married in here somewhere.

I was born and raised in Lock Haven, Clinton County and have a lot of ancestors in that area, namely QUIGGLE / BARTHOLOMEW / DEISE(DICE) / NICELY(KNEISLEY) and odds and ends - mostly odds.

I retired about 10 years ago and, having nothing to do, started this aggravating activity.
Tell me about the SMITHS?
