Basically we are identifying the people who would like to participate in the
Club. We would like to have a feel for how many people would be at the
first meeting so we can judge handouts and chairs. Given all of the people
locally and online that Don & I have talked to, we think we can reasonably
count on 20-25 people for the first meeting. I sent out emails today that
will reach about 1000 people in Cameron and surrounding counties. But if 5
people show I will be equally happy and the Club will be a success! If 50
show I will be ecstatic! LOL

We are also interested in hearing from folks who would like to come, but the
date does not work, so that we can use that information in scheduling the
April meeting and include those folks in what happens at the first meeting.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

If you are so inclined, the charter members at the first couple of meetings
will be instrumental in how the Club will be and what direction it will
take. We get to make it up as we go along!
