When you say married for the second time do you mean she was m. Swesy 2 times? or just that it was her second marriage.

After looking at my info more it does seem to be Donald was b. out of wedlock. 1930 census states she was m. first at age 30 and this makes it abt 1918. Donald Minard Sr d. 1 Oct 1919 and Betty was b. abt 1919.

So Vere and Jenny can not decide to get married??? Just does not make sense but I suppose anything is possible. I guess I just do not expect from our earlier generations. The one thing I have always admire about our older generations is the fact that there morals and expectations were held with more value than it seems our generation today does. Not that I am saying we are all bad and are condemn=ned to Hell!! LOL but anyway I think you get the jiff.

It takes three children for them to finally get married. Isn't that something. I thought for sure the date would read 19 Mar 1921 instead of 19 Mar 1927.

a after thought, I wonder if Mary & Rena are still alive. Any thought towards that? Rena was m. 1950 in Emporium to Edward Gleixner. Does that name ring a bell?
