I wouldn't worry about the number of "names" in your database. I would
much rather see a database with fewer names and documented, with as much
info as possible on the people and the life they lead than a database with
tons of names without any documentation and the compiler knowing next to
nothing on the people. I've been researching for around 6 years now and
still only have 5671 "names" in my database, yet I have info on most of them
and can tell you where they lived when, etc. As the name of my database says
"Every Life Has A Story." Its been my experience when contacting those that
posted huge databases online, that they didn't know anything about the
people and even said they "got" the info from someone else without
researching it themselves, and it usually ended up their info was wrong. It
may or may not provide a few clues but thats about it. Just my opinion of
course.
