Subject: Good News About the Library

I am happy to report that the Emporium Foundation has granted us all the moneys we asked for to remodel the Greenwood Street Property! We never expected that they would grant us the entire amount. We had set up the proposal with various projects so they could pick and choose what they wanted to fund and the chose it all.

We can now move forward on this project. Work will be done to secure the building for this winter with more of the construction starting next year. Next we will go after funds for furniture, computers, and more. Also we will be looking for a grant to help catalog the materials that will be made available.

Once completed, this will be an awesome asset to the community and for those of you researching the area.
