Roy,

I believe that what you have there now is about as good as we are going to get in light of the information that we have available, and I especially like the linked sources. I want to second your comments about the Pace Society database. Hey, that was my primary immediate motivation for joining the Pace Society - to get into Val's database without having to sneak around using my sister's password.
