Hi Roy;  This is a little different subject but I need some info on something.  I am still working some things out.   The last person who did DNA who is listed from Barnabas Pace - which group are they listed in and are they listed in 2a or b?  If not there, where?  I went to Talladega, AL recently and when I figure out what I brought back I will try to post it.  I am also so sorry I missed everyone in the Oklahoma City Reunion.  I really planned to go but had some things come up at the very last minute and just could not get there.  I hope it was a wonderful time for all who attended.
( * Talladega is in Talladega Co. Alabama next to Coosa Co and another county I have noticed several are researching that I can't think of right now.  I am not sure where the counties listed below are from there so I guess a lot of Paces came through the state.)

We have a new DNA donor who did not do DNA with Family Tree DNA but rather
with Ancestry.com. This donor submits the following lineage:

0. donor

1. Father

2. James Edgar Pace

b. 16 Dec 1895 Dothan, Houston , Al.

d. 21 Jan 1957 Brewton, Escambia, Al.

3. John Henry Pace

b. about 1873 in Ga.(1910 federal census, resident of Red Level, Al)
born to parents, both born in Georgia, no names

d. about 1923

There was a non-match with anyone else in the Pace database. If anyone knows
anything about this lineage, the donor is on the list and will appreciate
any help.

I am not authorized to reveal the name of the donor as usual, but he may
choose to identify himself on the list.
