On the 1860 Cen Clarke Co John Pace & Martha Bell had a son John W Pace age
16 so he was first son maybe named after his father ...
John Pace was b- Mar 1 1806 SC d- Aug 4 1894 Clarke Co Al and this person
report also his name was John William Pace So to have exact info on birth
and Death indicates they have some record in hand that states his name was
John William Pace.... There quite a few of John Pace's in Clarke Co Ala
Civil War served in Confed might be where they got Captain
