Hi all,

We're researching the Riday family, who moved to Coatesville and the
surround about 1856. John Riday was a trustee the M.E. Church in Sadsbury
(Anyone have any info on that? Where is it? What's it's name? Are there
records?)

John and his sons ran a brickyard just south of Coatesville. Previous
location of the brickyard was Honeybrook, I think. When the father died,
son Joseph took over, but after his death in 1893, I think that was the
last of the Chester County Ridays -- all the other sons had gone back to
Philadelphia.

Also researching Samuel Tiller Reeves (b. abt 1823) and Rebecca H. Allen
(b. abt. 1824), both of Phoenixville. They were married in 1844, and their
daughter Kate Emma married John Evans Riday in 1876.

Anyone come across these names?
