Dear Joyce,

Here are two sources of info about FINLEYs.

THE CLAN FINLEY 2d Ed. Rev and Corr'd, 1957, at least 2 volumes,
by Rear Admiral Herald F. STOUT, US Navy(Retired). Pubr Unknown.

THE H. R. FINDLEY papers, item 1, microfilm 1421712, filmed by the
Genealogical Society of Utah, 1987, is a collection of many items accumulated
by H. Ross FINDLEY in preparation for writing THE MEMOIRS OF ALEXANDER
B. AND SARAH JANE FINDLEY. The finished work is available on item 10,
film 1305159, and consists of some 45 pages arranged into seven chapters.
The manuscript is much longer and brings in information about other
members of the FINDLEY clan besides the direct line of H.R. FINDLEY.

Hope this helps you.
