With Rootsweb it is pretty easy once you figure out the system.

The address to write to the LIST(for queries) is:

The address to write to the COMPUTER regarding the list is:


Note that the word request is the difference in the addresses. At
rootsweb this is a common way of subbing and unsubbing. Just send the word
unsubscribe to the address . If you
are on the DIGEST mode, just exchange the L for a D. That will get
it done for you. This works with all rootsweb lists, so once you get this
figured out, everything is a snap!! Good luck.
