At that time Delaware Co. was part of Chester Co. and therefore, I believe,
Chichester MM would have been the earliest and closest to the DE/PA line. I
know they begn this meeting in the 1680's, and it was mostly comprised of
people of that immediate area, Bethel, Upper and Lower Chichester, etc.
