Information concerning Walter Aiken, his son William, and his grandson
William.
The son William was born in 1724 in Ireland and married Sarah Thompson. The
grandson William was born in Antrim area near Balleymena in 1760. He married a
Hannah Hinton Thompson. The family migrated to Chester Co. Pennsylvania
in1775 to near Brandywine Creek near Bradford. Both Williams were in the
military during the Revolutionary War. William Sr. was with the West Bradford
milita. I alon believe that Sarah and Hannah were sisters. An uncle by the
name of David Thompson keeps appearing.

Sincerely,
G. Hollis Parker
