Beth:
The book is available from two reprint companies, Heritage Books
(http://www.heritagebooks.com) and Higginson Books
(http://www.higginsonbooks.com)

I have a copy from Heritage and am very satisfied with the quality. I have
a different book on order with Higginson, but have not yet seen one of
their reprints so I can't speak to the quality.
