Subject: Let's get beyond accusations and self defense!

I just dropped off one list because it was taken up for a week with
someone's feelings being hurt and numerous others rising to her defense or
soothing her bruised feelings.
You know, guys, I believe these lists are about GENEALOGY -- and the
more information the better. Let's not waste anyone's time again with all these
self-defensive "I'm sorry if I gave offense..." and "What you did is really OK"
remarks. It really gets tedious.
Can we all believe in ourselves and our dedication to information, and
put aside the personal? All of us have limited time to read the messages, and
virtually NO TIME for the above.
