Can someone help me with where to look, find, etc.,the following information?

MARRIAGES:

KEECH, William (son of Nathaniel Keech and Mary (Hayes) Pyle m. PATTON, Jane (dau. of James Patton and ?) 12 May 1820, Chester County.
KEECH, Nathaniel m. PYLE, Mary (Hayes), abt. 1795
(don't know anything about their parents) (Abner Pyle was Mary's first husband)

BIRTHS:
Children of William Keech and Jane Patton:
KEECH, James Patton, b. 9 Sep 1821
KEECH, Mary Elizabeth, b. 25 Jun 1824

Child of ? & ?:
KEECH, Nathaniel, b. 12 Feb 1771

Child of Nathaniel Keech and Mary (Hayes) Pyle:
KEECH, William, b. 28 Jana 1796

Child of James Patton and ?:
PATTON, Jane, b. 24 Apr 1796

Child of ? & ?:
HAYES, Mary, b. 9 Jul 1764

DEATHS:
KEECH, Mary (Hayes) Pyle, d. 9 Oct 1831

Nathaniel and Jane Keech died in LaRue, Marion Co., OH., but I haven't been able to locate any obituary or other death information that will help me with who their parents were, etc.
