I just saw the following message on the Malin GenForum:

" . . . there are copies of the Randal Malin book available from the
publisher and that they have recently received permission to reprint. You
might try contacting the McDowell Publishing Co.in Utica, Kentucky at 270 275
4075."

I know no further details; I'm just passing along the news. Contact the
publisher directly.
