leaves estate to daughter Emry, wofe of George Martin.

Richard Wall 12-27-1694 2-10-1694 Philadelphia
leaves estate to children Richard, Mary and John Wall....he had estate in
Kent co, Pa ;and in Phil.

Richard Buffington was among a list of taxables in Upland 1677. He
purchased a tract of land west of Chester Creek, along with John Grubb, and
called it Hopewell of Kent.
Richard had a wife Ann, living in 1695, and he died in Jan or Feb
1747-8, probably about 94 years of age. By his will he gave a legacy of
20lb to the Baptist society which met at John Bentley's , in Newlin Twp.

Richard JR. married Phebe Grubb dau of John and Frances Grubb and
settled in W. Bradford. His wife was a minister among Friends and after his
death married Simon Hadly. she died 3-4-1769 and is buried at Bradford
Meeting. the children of Richard and Phebe were John, Frances (m. to Samuel
Osborn); Phebe, Richard, Samuel, Henry, Catharine, Peter, Nathaniel,
Jeremiah, Isaac and Joseph.
