Hi
I know the word Friend was used among Quakers to specify another person....I
also that the word friend means "your friend"....have found a will of what
looks like two family members involved but will maker describes executor as
"his friend John G. Deal". Neither of them were Quakers....they were German
Reformed or Lutherans.
Has anyone ever seen this term "friend" used when they were related? I know
you can be a friend to your relative also...:)
Thank you for any help
Marie
