Hi: I was born in 1926, my parents wrote our address in my baby book as Exeter & Turnbridge Rd, Haverford. A couple of months ago I called to have a friend check it out and he said it didn't appear anything had ever been there.
At the time my father was a chauffer, I believe the family he worked for was called Thorton. Is it possible that such a family lived in that area during that period. I do recall some discussion that they lived in an apartment above a garage.
