Perhaps it is his mother's maiden name. I once traced down Bigger Head and
his son Bigger Head Jr and his grandson Bigger Head III. All stemming from
a grandfather John Bigger, who, by the way, had named a son for his wife's
maiden name - thus Peacock Bigger.
