To be SOLD, A LOT of Ground in Wilmington, with two brick houses on the said
lot, situate in High street, near the Upper Market House, and adjoining to
David Faris's Enquire of William Warner, living in Wilmington, of John
James, living in the township of Willistown, Chester county, and know the
title, and conditions of sale.

ABSCONDED from his Bail last Thursday Night, a certain William
Warner, who had on, when he went away, a blue surtout, with
yellow Buttons, light brown Coat and Jacket, about five Feet
five Inches high, sandy Hair, grey Eyes, fresh Complexion, and
round Face. Whoever apprehends and secures him in any of his
Majesty;s Goals, shall have the above Reward, paid by BENJAMIN
RANDOLPH.
N.B. Masters of Vessels and others are forbid to carry him
off at their Peril. Philadelphia, Nov. 12, 1764.

ALL Persons indebted to the Estate of Swen Warner, Late of
this City Cordwainer, deceased, are requested to make speedy
Payment; and those that have any Demands against the said
Estate, to bring in their Accounts, that they may be adjusted
by JOSEPH WARNER, Executor.
N.B. The Trades of Heel and Last making, are carried on as
usual, where all Persons may be supplied as heretofore.
