To be SOLD, or LETT, A Valuable plantation, situate in Kennet township,
Chester county, about 9 miles from Wilmington, in a healthy part of the
county, a good neighbourhood, and near several places of worship; the place
is in two parts, one of which is now in the tenure of Oliver Russell,
whereon are a good dwelling house, spring house, and out houses, a good
orchard of summer and winter fruit, bears every year, a quantity of said
land is cleared, which yields extraordinary crops of grain, and is excellent
pasture: a clover meadow, well watered, which makes it produce large
quantities of hay in the driest of seasons; the other part has a two story
house on it, and is conveniently situated on the road side, leading from
Kennet Square to Wilmington, and is suitable for either store or tavern. Any
person inclining to purchase, one or both parts, may know the terms, by
applying to ROBERT LEWIS merchant, in Philadelphia, GEORGE GORDON, of
Wilmington, or JANE CULBERTSON, living on said premises.

township, Chester county, about ten miles west of Newport, and 6 east of New
London cross roads, and now in the tenure of Hugh Russell; 4 or five acres
of said farm are now meadow, and 15 or 20 more may be made, there is also a
sufficient quantity of woodland, a log house, a frame barn, cellared
underneath, and a young orchard. The terms of sale will be made known, and
attendance given, by EVAN EVANS, GEORGE EVANS, PETER EVANS, GIDEON GILPIN,
Guardian to MARY GILPIN.
