Vince: I know nothing about David Bell. However, I am interested in finding out more about his sister, Mary Goff. One of my wife' ancestors Margaret Goff married Arthur O'Neill in 1773. The O'Neill Family lived in Chester County. Do you, Vince, or anyone else on the list know anything about a Chester County Goff Family?.........Bob George, Olympia, Washington

Is anyone familiar with this BELL?

Decedent: David Bell
Residence: Eastown. Co. of Chester, Pennsylvania
Book: Y, Page: 180
Date: 4 2 1799
Prove Date: 5 6 1799
Remarks: David Bell. Eastown. Co. of Chester, Pennsylvania. Feb 4,
1799. June 5, 1799. Y.180.
Exec: Sister Margaret, Wife of George Ralston, Brother-in-Law
George Ralston.
Brother: William.
Sisters: Mary Goff, Ann Hoopes.
Half Brothers: Samuel and Edward Bell.
Witness: Philip Pancake.

Notice that David BELL had a father who had two wives. Thus he had
half-siblings.

Margaret BELL married the one I believe is likely my g,g,g,g-
grandfather, namely George RALSTON. I am also interested in his
family, which *likely* had Chester County origins, but of that I
am not certain.

Thanks for any BELL leads!
