Hatti Cora Neely was born October 07, 1861 in Licking Township, Clarion County. Her father was Samuel Neely born March 12, 1830 in the same location.

My mother and father spoke of Hatti and Clem. They were my father's grandparents. If you need any other information on them, please email me.

I am intending to have a book printed which will include the Best, Neely family, etc. I will let you know when the book has been published and can be purchased.
