After a long, long search, I am expecting a marriage record from the Clariion courthouse to show my grandfather, Victor Tigerstrom, married Mary Gathers somewhere in about the 1890-1895 period. I know he married another lady (my grandmother) in 1899, so I suspect that he and Mary Gathers divorced, or more likely that she died, shortly after the marriage. I see a lot of Gathers in the early census for Clarion County and wondered if someone on this board might know of the family of this Mary Gathers.
